This looks really interesting - fully native, and developed by Salesforce Labs as a showcase for Salesforce1. Requires turning Work.com on, which for this level is apparently free. I need to check it out. And I need to see how this will work with a customer or partner community.

Commercial LMS Tools

Yep, just about all the big, expensive players have Salesforce integration Apps. 

Moodle

Enlighten CRM is an integration between Moodle and Salesforce. If you have to use Moodle, enlighten does work https://appexchange.salesforce.com/listingDetail?listingId=a0N3000000B3lE1EAJ 

Another I have not tried is Paradiso https://www.paradisosolutions.com/moodle/salesforce 

New Style LMS's

There are a few LMSs that call themselves revolutionary and a completely different way of looking at LMS. But they don't have Salesforce Integration, so that is weird. One of them is Canvas.Â
