If you trigger too many workflows at once you get a nasty message telling you of your limit and that you have to contact salesforce to increase that limit. Then more than a day later you get a call from India from a guy that does not listen and just talks, and you have to explain a thousand things before they get the problem understood. Then after they fix it they call you back a half-a-dozen times during your work day to confirm it was fixed
