After talking with a few Non Profit orgs over the past few weeks, I'm seeing that there is a distinct lack of knowledge about what they need to know to effectively run their business. And since NFPs get software from Salesforce valued at around $20,000 per year, Salesforce needs to be at the centre of their universe. I'm just starting with some notes of what an NFP needs to know about if there was such thing as an NFP bootcamp to get an NFP who hasn't used Salesforce before, thinking about everything that needs to be included in the process for getting up to speed and working well with Salesforce.
