Salesforce Setup Rules

For me, these are the things you must have in Salesforce for it to work well. 

• Chatter enabled - see New Salesforce Org and Chatter and people using it. 

• Salesforce 1 mobile app active and enabled, and people know how to use it.

• Quick Actions enabled Actions! Global and Quick Actions and set up for the common tasks you do in your org.
