Custom Lead Convert

Universal company has information on the Lead that is pertinent to both Contacts and Opportunities from lead conversion. Make Fields A, B, C, and D pass to both the Contact and the Opportunity upon conversion.

They should pass to picklist fields on the Contact and Opportunity that can be changed on either record after conversion.
