In your email management system (eg Exchange or Google Apps) set up support2@ support@ to forward to the Salesforce created Email Services Address , then forward support@ to forward to your support2@ email addressfor support2@.
So incoming email goes from support@ to support2@ to SF Email Services Address and then into Salesforce.
