Things to Ignore in Salesforce

These are things, as a new Admin, you will never want to touch, or you want to turn off. 

• Agent Console - now replaced with Sales or Service Console
• Mini Console View in Page Layouts - only for Agent Console
• Custom S-Controls on Page Layouts - unless you are dealing with a very old app, and in that case, question the use of it. 
• Report Types > Preview Layout - it's from the OLD OLD reporting engine
